THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OBTAINING THE HAPPIEST LIFE
LEAVE ANY OF THESE OUT, YOU'LL HAVE LESS THAN YOU COULD HAVE HAD!
You cannot be as happy as you'd like in life unless you do these:
Part I. The "overview set up"
__ Run your life by what is most important.
__ Set and follow the rule: Don't stop learning or implementing before you've reached the point
at which something else has a higher payoff.
__ Learn and know what actually produces happiness/fulfillment/satisfaction so you can live in
Set the guiding objectives:
__ Set down, in writing, what you value (initial very rough version at first, then upgrade as you learn)
__ List what you want to "get" in life (initial very rough version at first, then upgrade as you learn)
__ Learn what is most valuable in life, (Initial survey, then learn as much as you can as you go)
Part II. Implementation
__ A set schedule that includes all key functions, followed rigorously
__ Learning, grounding/centering, planning, handling the most important 1st
__ Always time for personal fulfillment, social
__ Daily and periodic planning time.
__ Perspective time - How are things going and what do I want.
__ Observe and correct asap for the day, week, etc. (Living Life As A Life Champion)
__ Set the "rules" you will follow and get the habit of following them (they must be "doable" and allow for
human needs!)
__ Learn fully "what there is" in life and the perspective on "losses", practice gratitude (= bringing "what is"
to mind) - Perhaps the most important for happiness!
__ Learn what the best habits are and then build them (makes life easier, effortless, automatically working)
__ Rest and rejuvenation times that are optimal
__ Maintaining excellent health, energy - and spending the time to do that
__ Learn and understand the high payoff items
__ Learn and know how to learn well
__ Learn how the body and mind (including emotions) work
__ Set out exactly what you will do for each of those.
__ Learn and know how to minimize stress
__ Learning "life" and the wisdom of the wisest and most effective
__ Examining and correcting beliefs for maximum life effectiveness/workability
__ Learning what the most effective beliefs are (at a minimum, must fix all high cost beliefs,asap!)
__ Learn and know who you are, dumping comparing and unrealistic expectations
__ Correct the erroneous perception and beliefs related to false threats. A huge item!
able do what is needed in your life no matter what the circumstances are (= to live an unconditional
life)
__ Eliminate any victim, powerlessness, dependency beliefs
__ Entertain only progress and/or positive thinking
__ Thinking of what it takes to solve a problem; solving it quickly
__ Dump all criticism, faulting, blaming, complaining, resenting, punishing to motivate, etc.
__ Dump all "stories" that are justifications or reinforces fo victimhood or how bad it is or was.
__ Dump all negative talk
__ Dump inappropriate control attempts on others and on low or poor payoff items.
__ Dump all low or poor payoff items.
__ Learn the skill and process for effective change
__ Learn what the best habits are and then build them (makes life easier, effortless, automatically working)
