Do weekly planning

Weekly Planning - The Time Mastery Essential

To use this format

Copy the internet page and paste it and/or its pieces into a text document.

Related to today's plan

This is a basic simple 'quickie" plan format, one I can quickly mock up on a blank sheet of notepaper.  You should have already entered electronically (or manually, if not yet done the electronic version) the time blocks and meetings already scheduled.

The levels of complexity
that you can use:

I.  List all tasks for the day and assign a numbered order for which they will be done.  Do not leave it up to a later decision.
(Some people will prefer to stop here.)

II. Assign the tasks (using the number) into a time slot.

An alternative simple format

The Simple Daily Plan - Pre-filled in example with a link to a document to use.  Also has complete instructions to follow.

A reminder checklist (not used every day)

My Day Management Checklist Overview Sheet - What I Want From My Day, Staying On Track

I am using this page to process and finalize how this will work for me.  So this is only my progress so far.

NEXT ACTIONS

GTasks - My Tasks list
Evernote - .next actions notebook, tag 2 next
Workflowy - Do, next actions (use Read, Watch, Write as options for next actions)

Unless put on these lists, all else is for the Weekly Planning session.  Variable, perhaps is .watch high or .read high on Evernote.
