STOP DOING THESE ENERGY REDUCERS
IN ORDER TO HAVE MORE ENERGY!
In process of being addd to, but there will be some subtantial benefits from reducing all of these:
Although this is a mirror opposite image of the energy increasers list, I find such a list has a unique persuasive value in using this different viewpoint.
When pointing out how someone will lose something they could have had, people often find themselves more motivated and more connected than they would be in looking at the list of what they can gain.
Strange.
But it may be from our evolution, where we were strongly motivated to correct what might indicate that are survival would be impaired in some way.
Thusly, this negative approach...
Basically, if you continue these energy reducers, you will not be able to get to where you have sufficient spare time, enough productivity and/or the energy to be productive - and to be able to create a truly great happy life.
THE BIGGEST (You cannot afford to let these continue.)
Being overweight - toxic chemicals, poorly functioning body, illnesses result
___ Sugar intake causes this. Energy is converted from sugar instead of fat.
Holding/tensing the body to deal with constant believed threats (the constant holding and tension is a sure indicator that one is in a "constant threat" mode), accompanied almost always by shallow breathing in short fast breaths - huge cost to the body's energy
Bad habits that exacerbate this (and also keep the habit pattern going):
Hurrying, rushing
Switching attention back and forth (like in multitasking; includes the loss in time to refocus back on another task) - drops ability to make decisions and have willpower, takes away from higher brain functioning..
Constant side forays, losing energy will assure that you cannot get "there"
Messes - Leaving things unsolved, stuff just lying there, drags people way down
Being disorganized - Causes frequent problems plus it causes an underlying anxiety in life in addition to the anxieties directly fired up.
