__ Probiotics

__ Chromium Picolinate (regulates blood sugar)                      200-600 mcg
__ L-Tyrosine (turns off fat)                                                 500 mg/2x/day
__ L-Carnitine (burns fat)                                                     200 mg/6x/day
__ HCA - 1/2 hour before meals                                           3 of 660 mg each
__ Fiber supplement                                                            2-4 grams per meal
                        

A LITTLE MORE ENERGY WITHOUT STRESSING

__ Gingko biloba (blood flow)                                            60-120 mg/2x/day
__ Panax ginseng (generally healing)                                200 mg standardized extract
