THE TEN EMPOWERING STATEMENTS
OF THE TRULY EMPOWERED

THE STATEMENTS

I am 100% responsible for my life and all that comes into it and is in it.  No matter what, I create a good life.  I run my life, know what I want, and figure out how to get there.

I am self-sufficient, able to create my life as I wish it to be.  Anything positive that I get that is outside of my control is strictly a bonus. ( I live in bonusland, a land of plenty.) (I am powerful.)

I can learn and do anything anybody else can if I learn what they did and how to do it.  It is a strictly mechanical process, where the person has the basic equipment to do what is necessary.)  I can figure out how to do wonderfully in life.  It is within my ability!

My mistakes are a natural consequence of not yet knowing how to do something.  They are a useful signal for me to look and see what I need to learn.  I am always well off AND I could be more well-off if I choose to learn more of what works!

The world is a world of abundance materially, relationally, and in terms of workability to be able to get all I want.

I can use the principles of power and productivity to make my life 100's of times better.

Life is incredibly valuable.  I will not spend any of it on what has little value.  And I realize that I am incredibly valuable and I give the best care possible for myself.

I am totally compassionate first to myself and then to others.  I judge no one.  I only give love to myself and to those whom I love.

I am true to myself.  I stand firmly for myself and my life.

I have a dream.  And I shall live it!

WHAT TO DO WITH THESE

Even if you do not believe these, though I can attest that they are all true, it would behoove you to declare them daily, preferably at the beginning of the day, as part of your "Priming Yourself For The Day".

Do not, for a single moment, tolerate passively continuing to allow any of the disempowering statements coming out of your mouth or in your internal talk.  Learn the empowering statements (perhaps modified to suit you).

OTHER, INTERESTING EMPOWERING STATEMENTS

The ones in bold are among my most admired, though all have something to be admired.

Angelina Jolie: 'Figure out who you are separate from your family, and the man or woman you're in a relationship with. Find who you are in this world and what you need to feel good alone. I think that's the most important thing in life. Find a sense of self because with that, you can do anything else.'

Diana Ross: 'Instead of looking at the past, I put myself ahead twenty years and try to look at what I need to do now in order to get there then.'

Eleanor Roosevelt: 'I could not, at any age, be content to take my place by the fireside and simply look on. Life was meant to be lived. Curiosity must be kept alive. One must never, for whatever reason, turn his back on life.'

Katherine Hepburn: 'If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun

Judy Garland:  "Alway be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else."

Shannon Kaiser:  Everything in life is a lesson; if you keep repeating the same pattern, you haven’t passed the lesson. We move forward in life by getting the lessons.

Tyra Banks: 'Never dull your shine for somebody else.'

Janis Joplin: 'Don't compromise yourself. You are all you've got. There is no yesterday, no tomorrow, it's all the same day.'

Coco Chanel: 'The most courageous act is still to think for yourself. Aloud.'

Ayn Rand: 'The question isn’t who’s going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me.'

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs ask yourself what makes you come alive And then go and do that Because what the world needs is people who are alive ”

                               Howard Thurman

You cannot control what happens to you, but you can control your attitude toward what happens to you, and in that, you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you.
~ Sri Ram

Our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world…as in being able to remake ourselves.
