JUST LEARN LIFE FROM EXPERIENCE...
IS THAT REALLY A GOOD STRATEGY? CAN'T WE DO BETTER THAN THAT?
tba, posted for editing later to make it more convincing... but isn't it obvious???
To lead up to the answer to the question in the title, I might ask "so, how's that workin' for ya?" (The "Dr. Phil Question"?)
A DAMAGING BUT COMMON MYTH
The answer lies in the results of living by this common cultural belief where somehow we can learn enough through random experiences of life without thinking about them and without using the strategies that are known to produce quicker and better results.
AND THE RESULTS...
The results that indicate what is true are:
Underperforming in life (pretending that one feels ok about that)
Low achievement
Relatively constant anxiety
Stressed
Not enough sleep
Overweight
Many emotional reactions in key relationships
Relationships with the wrong people (who are not "good for you")
Is it smart to let these continue or should we jump to having a prioritized list of what to learn... and quickly or asap?
Isn't the evidence obvious???
WHERE AM I ON THE SCALE?
You, of course, see where you are based on the evidence.
If you are allowing any of the above to occur, you are at the damaging end, of hardly living life or living it at too low of a level. The other side is where you have solved these problems and live a free, rested, balanced, effective life. Where are you?

You might have others who know you and are willing to be truthful (ask them to be, for your benefit!) rate you, just as a double check.
Are you willing to continue to live life at that level or would you like to investigate and then do what is necessary to have a great life? (
WELL, THEN, WHAT DO I DO INSTEAD?
Switch to doing what a Life Champion does, learning all the key basics to a "sufficient knowing" basis and then, as life goes on, noticing what is going on and adjusting immediately by learning what is needed and correcting all problems immediately. See Living Life As A Life Champion. (The other side of the spectrum is living Groundhog Day and living as a PokeyMan.)
