"MY" COMPELLING VISION
PULLED INTO YOUR FUTURE WITH POWER AND ENERGY
"Why live an ordinary life, when you can live an extrordinary one." Anthony Robbins
The future that you set must be empowering, something you really, really love, and something that has you feeling vibrant and really alive! And you will be making a difference in this world, in whatever way you choose!
Once you've established what would most highly valued future, then we, of course, must build the bridge, with a great plan that actually "stretches" you but also increases the joy of your journey. (Yes, even though you think that "going for it" is hard, you'll actually find that the progress made is very enjoyable.)
It's not about "achievement", it's actually about happiness and building a base where you achieve happiness and then, after that, you add achievement. Yes "achievement" can add to your happiness but it if is the key source you think will bring you happiness, you're putting the wrong things first. Your vision, and the trip there, will include the fruits of your having diligently learned life wisdom, especially the ability to discern "what works" in life.
One part of "compelling" is a "mustness". Tony Robbins says to find "what are your musts where you will find a way or make the way".
And your compelling vision will only be complete when you have established the standards below which you will not go, when you make them musts instead of shoulds.
HERE'S ANOTHER EXAMPLE
“The ultimate vision for my life is to be someone who is a leader in this world and impacts thousands of peoples lives through Project Life Mastery.
I am a successful internet marketer, speaker, and coach that is continually striving to grow and make a difference in the lives of others worldwide. I am a multi-millionaire and live in a mansion in Laguna Beach, California that is overlooking the ocean with a private beach, home gym, and martial arts dojo. I am physically fit, weighing 180 lbs at 8% body fat. I have travelled to every continent around the world and lived in different cities for extended periods of time. I am happily married and start a family with the woman of my dreams and soulmate that I will share the rest of my life with, along with two beautiful children. I have my own foundation that I’m passionate about and is aligned with resolving the many challenges that the world faces. I am completely fulfilled and happy each day, feeling passionate and grateful for my life, as I rejoice in my creators gifts and my spirituality."
"My ultimate purpose in life is to grow and to give."
When he first formulated his vision, it would look to outside that there was no way that he would achieve that, but (other than getting married) achieved it all in a very, very short time! (Click on the link: Stephen Pylarinos.)
