This was created for myself (with a few additions from before I started writing this site), with the idea of being a model for you and/or to be easily usable by you as is. My Biggest Problems List: Ice cream, late night eating, "famished", low energy, procrastination, watch TV, excessive notetaking and other things not followed through on. Old list, with all of these tackled. No ice cream (lost my taste for it), cancelled my TV, implemented the energy routine (and "flipped my day" to be a morning person and exerciser), streamlined the notetaking and dramatically upped my productivity. For now, enter those terms in the search engine to bring up the relevant pieces.
