IMPROVING MY SYSTEMS
ABOUT THE NEW EFFORT AND THE WHYS OF IT

In process...

So, here I am diverting to looking at my systems while I feel impelled to focus on writing the key "book" that will tie it together for people.  Of course, to devise systems one must take time out from "production", so that, in turn, "production" will be greater   (See Life Productivity - Producting The Maximum Life In Your Life.)

As with everybody, I must efficiently "capture" information and then use it to effectively get a desired results.  I had an "improved" system, where I captured lots of information instead of losing it but I ended up not having it be accessible - so, in essence it was largely unused or hard to access.  The result was piles of unused notes and resources stuck away in oblivion.  Not good - and it also wastes alot of time as I have to re-devise something or end up re-writing what I've already written and forgotten about.  How many hours?  A hugely large number.

I improved this a bit by getting a place to type in notes, using a tree outline - which is a key method for efficiently gathering info.  And then I finally began figuring out where to store stuff online that I could access pretty well, such as with Evernote.
