PRODUCTIVITY PRINCIPLES CHECKLIST
FOR "LIFE PRODUCTIVITY" FOR INDIVIDUALS, NOT JUST BUSINESS
tba, in process - email me if need more attention to this
Being productive in producing "life" is the point of it all. Money can be a byproduct (if so chosen), but it is solely a conduit to getting more "life" benefits.
This applies to anything in life!
The most productive use of your time is spent in learning how to use your time most productively, as it is the very source of producing more in your life!
You are not operating at the happiest, most productive level in life until you can check off each of these as being followed by you.
__ #1. Do what matters (only a few things produce the most value of life)
Corollary: Don't do what doesn't matter (it pushes out time what matters, plus it is
a huge waste of effort and life)
Corollary: Do super-well that which you do super-often, as the consequences in
total are massive (eat, sleep, move, think, read, plan, colds/flu, repeated
processes and systems used often...)
You must have identified and committed to these or you are not complete on #1:
__ #2. Focus only on what matters (at least 80% of the day)
relevant to you, pay it no attention, such as most tv, news, many activities.
___ #3. Apply higher energy time to what produces the most value in life (this creates
huge power to go forward!) (Protect it as if it is your life, for it determines the
very level that your life will be at!)
easier, better life)
Launch the rocket (Daily: early morning exercise)
Direct the rocket (Planned day/week)
Maintain the momentum (keep the committed daily activities and monitor at
least weekly)
#5. Don't do it now! ("it" is that which isn't in quadrant 1 or 2 of importance)
(Just note it down and then let it either rise to the top or drop to the bottom or
drop out, period!)
Corollary: Anything not worth doing should not be done! (Duh!)
#6. Invest in items where the return is much greater than the amount invested! (Duh!)
[Example: 1/2 hour of exercise early in the day = 1-2+ hours extra of productivity,
plus feeling better (mood is better all day); rejuvenation periods; planning ahead...)
Corollary: Don't invest in that which costs more than the benefit, even if there is
a quick initial benefit. (E.g. sugar, fat, refined carbs]
