WHAT I DID TO ALIGN MY ACTIVITIES
KEITH'S PERSONAL CHANGES

IDENTIFY WHAT HAS LOW, MEDIUM OR HIGH PAYOFFS

I first started by beginning to identify what were My Low And High Payoff Activities, To Reallocate My Time To Higher Ones

THE RESULTS

I stopped the very low or no payoff activities that took up alot of my time.

I have freed up much of my time for higher payoff activities.

I switched to a higher energy producing and effectiveness schedule:

A Pre-Set, Super-Committed Schedule For An Always Powerful Day!  Not Optional!  (And I changed from a night person to a morning person!!!)

I switched to full implementation of Living Life In 90 Minute Segments and I do The Instant Energy From Something Good routine, never doing less than the 100 large muscle movements to get to a "rush", "flush" or "burn".   All of these have been fully implemented by me.

SOME SPECIFIC CHANGES

Cancelled my cable TV subscription (saved 6 - 15 hours/week).

Stopped all computer games (saved lots of hours, though I played sporadically)

Stopped paying attention to any irrelevant items and most low relevancy items (4+ hrs/week, but also saved attention and energy units.

Stopped looking at or watching news, except for a quick overview, Fareed Zakaria, Charlie Rose Weekend, 60 Minutes.  (I do watch selected Netflix movies on "date night".)

Stopped looking at catalogs totally (used a service to stop them or, for the others, just dumped them immediately into the garbage) - Such things as this can suck up time and turn it into idling time.

Stopped "side" activities and interests and incompletions galore. (See Little Diversions "Of Interest" Add Up To Huge Costs - Little Did I See It... )

Stopped keeping up with so many "interests" at once, as that scattered my energies and attention.

Stopped (though I did stumble a few times) engaging in anything about politics, put aside books, stopped all emails, persuading, discussing (all of those are irrelevant)

Stopped (though I did stumble a number of times, but gradually improved) all convincing, persuading, etc., that was not vital to any objective.

Stopped any trying to be clever, look good, look smart, impress anyone and do anything other than be authentic and speak with substance only.

Even when "relaxing" or having any leisure sitting time at home or even in the bookstore, I'll get up and do my leg raising exercises to break the sitting effect and to jack myself back up.

Started pre-scanning more books, crossing off chapters to skip and not read at all, looking for more relevant materials.  Stopped reading all books except those relevant to what I am working on right now.  (Set them aside in piles; books still come in as I find them at the bookstore, by recommendation, etc., and order them.)
