LOW/NO IMPACT, LOW/NO URGENCY
Languishing, non-life, fooled life, false beliefs
Producing no value
Going for false values, which have no real net payoff and/or are harmful
"Relief", escape activities, numbing out (replace with actions that actually work)
Other people's priorities/expectations (if important
people, handle with care as there is relationship
Most TV (causes mild depression after 1/2 hour)
Junk mail, catalogs, pointless "shopping"
Fiddling around, busywork
Pointless conversations with no value
Distractions, shiny objects, "interests" outside of top items of value
The news (other than in vital areas for self), politics
Action: Stop, dump, delete, clear out!
Attitude: Zero tolerance, for it is "giving away your very life"

DON'T FOOL YOURSELF ON "IT'S RELAXING, RELIEVING " OR SOME OTHER JUSTIFICATION!
