THE PROGRAM FOR PUTTING YOUR LIFE TOGETHER
THE JOURNEY FROM FEELING BAD TO HAVING YOUR CORE FIRMLY IN PLACE
In beginning composition stage...
If you're confused, feeling not so good about life, and/or you've had something happen lately that makes it imperative to get back on an even keel with a solid foundation, then you would best consider doing this program. Yes, it does involve some reconstruction, but that is understandable, since the foundation that was supporting you was found to be cracked and/or dysfunctional in some way. We need to correct that.
The disappointment might be that it cannot be done well instantly, though things will tend to get better quickly as you go through the process, as the sense of solid momentum is very comforting.
If we go in and fix something that is very specific, such as a bad belief, the fix might not last - as the foundation upon which the belief was based is still left in place.
That's not good. That's not workable. We've got to repair the foundation instead of building on an unsound one.
FIRST, THERE MUST BE A NEW "GRAND OVERVIEW" OF HOW LIFE WORKS
The approach must be to first gain a new "grand overview" of life, so that some of the fallacies of what you've learned in your life can be detected and discarded forever.
For instance, as long as we do not understand how the brain works and how it has not evolved much since the caveman days, then we will tend to "believe", and react to, primitive emotional impulses as if they were still functional - but they are not - and we allow ourselves to suffer because of it.
The trigger for suffering may be an event, such as a wake-up call from breaking up with a relationship, or it may just be from a continuing stream of constant negative thoughts and reactions that are making you hyperreactive and stressed and not so happy.
THEN, DO THE FIX OF THE MOST URGENT IMPORTANT DYSFUNCTIONALITIES
For this, you'll just have to enter the term that describes what your problem is and then follow the links that explain how to understand and solve this problem.
