YOU WILL NOT BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE
IF YOU DON'T DO THESE
NOTHING LESS!
You can "get by" with less, yes, but you cannot have a great life without these:
1. Fully utilizing the high energy hours. (Schedule later according to energy level!)
3. Exercising "sufficiently" (not expendable, must not be random or occasional)
4. Assuring you energize (or nap) every hour.
CAN YOU "GET AWAY" WITH LESS?
Those who are "successful" despite violating these essentials achieve that "partial-success" (unless by pure luck) by extra hard work, often at a huge cost.
They are definitely not being "life successful", which means that overall they are NOT successful. Success in achievement endeavors can, actually, be best achieved through life-balanced productivity not by a singular focus to the exclusion of any of the above essentials.
