AN OVERVIEW OF THE LIFE VALUE PRODUCTIVITY PRACTICES
AKA LIFE VALUE CREATION PRACTICES
People need to see "the big picture", to get the perspective on what is involved, no matter the subject.
Here I list the key items that you must have in your life, at the foundation, to have a great life.
Use this list as a checklist, being sure to implement each of them (or a version that works for you) into your life.

SET UP A "STRUCTURE"
__ Set up a "structure" to support you in learning and managing your time and
practices:
grounding.
__ Set up a time management structure
__ Use your own version of
__ Set aside time blocks in your electronic calendar for high productivity
__ Learning blocks for increasing life wisdom and life value productivity
__ Learn, at least 1/2 hour a day, how to improve your work/profession
KEEP THE FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE AT THE RIGHT LEVEL
__ Keep yourself in a high functioning state.
__ Do full renewal/recovery (body and emotional!)
__ Strategic naps to refrech
__ Breaks, including energizing oneself (or renewal through naps and such), with
alarm reminders
__ Take all evenings off from doing any work, be human (but not stupidly so!)
COMMIT TO, AND DO, THAT WHICH IS MOST IMPACTFUL
__ Decide what is of high value, eliminate/dump (!!!) low value totally and most
Read/scan/survey these pieces AND implement the simple, unperfected version as soon as possible, as it clears up the time for rapidly rising up the life learning curve to high life wisdom.
