SETTING UP THE TIME BLOCKS TO LIVE THE GREATEST LIFE
THE FIRST THING FIRST, TO SET UP THE REST!

Being added:  how to do the well-being time, the follow on part at the end, but just do this core piece for right now.  Implement it, now!

THE MOST VALUABLE ADVICE EVER

Charles Schwab, the one who was the steel magnate of old, said to Ivy Lee, a consultant,  "show my staff and me a way to get more done in less time and I'll pay you any fee within reason.'  Lee wrote down what to do and then invited Schwab to try the system for as long as he liked and pay what he thought it was worth.  Two weeks later, Schwab wrote a check for the equivalent of $250,000 in today's money.

Do you think that perhaps, maybe, this might be of value to you…?

Take a card and write down the six most important things you have to do tomorrow. Number them in order of importance.
2. First thing tomorrow, start working on item one until you finish it.
3. Next, do the same with item two, item three and so on, until it’s time to stop for the day.
4. Don’t worry if you only finish one or two items on the list. If you can’t finish them with this system, you’d never have finished them with any other system. This way, you will at least have finished your most important tasks.

AND WHAT IS OF THE MOST VALUE IN LIFE?

One must decide if one agrees with this list of what is the most valuable in life.  After these, then one determines what one individually values, which can be different among other.

I assert that the most valuable priorities are:

1.  One's personal emotional well-being and one's physical well-being (i.e. one's health and happiness).  Relative value:  1000.
2.  Assuring that one's relationship is fulfilled and happy.  Relative value: 100
3.  Assuring that one's loved ones are fulfilled and happy.   Relative value: 50

[The relative value/payoff of most high value activities "out there" in life are about 10.  Most "good" activities rate closer to 1.  Some people fill up their lives with activities that range from a relative value of a fraction of 1 to highly negative values/results, such as anxiety, guilt, fear.]

The most valuable (and necessary) activity to accomplish these values is to learn the capabilities necessary to cause those values to be created in one's life.  These are called "Life Capability."   This is the number one most valuable activity in life, for it has payoffs thousands of times in the future.

If one is to make good progress in life, one must learn those as early as possible,  as soon as possible, for they are what permit a much more rapid progress in life toward living in high capability and thus producing the highest level of life.

IN WHAT ORDER SHOULD I INSERT THESE INTO MY DAY AND MY LIFE?

Stephen Covey is famous for advocating First Things First.

Therefore, if one is wise, one might live life similar to this way:

6 am Personal well-being time (you will be instructed later on what this would look like)
"Grounding, centering, powerizing" - Clear, strong, powerful for the day
          Exercise
7 am  Targeting (Fill in a to do for every hour of the day)
7:15   Logistics to get ready physically for the day, arrive at work place, etc.

Arrive to your place for doing these, ready, then, to engage in these:

1st focused, high productivity time block (with a time minute break at the end)
2nd focused, high productivity time block

Recommended90 minute time blocks

Have time blocks committed during the week for:

     Relationship "date"
     Family
Personal life capability learning (recommended 5 hours minimum, follow the
        program)

Of course, anything that you want to assure is in your life can have a pre-set (changeable, of course) regular time.

WHAT IS TO BE DONE

Your mission, your task right now is only to set these up so that you are assured that they are at least blocked out on your calendar

If you have no calendar with repeatable events, enter these in a Google Calendar.  (Enter into search engine:  Google Account signup.)

Just start creating "events" in the calendar, noting the "repeat" feature (and using it), remembering to set "notifications/reminders/alerts" so that you'll be properly reminded.  (You'll figure it out, easily, but if you want you can watch the videos suggested in How I Use My Google Calendar.)

You'll end up with something that would look somewhat like this:  The Model Day For High Productivity.  And a standard week that would be similar to this:  Having A Standard Week - Examples.

Note:  Yes, if you are unfamiliar with a few of the technological elements, you will justifiably take more time.  But isn't even 3 hours worth it for setting up an excellent life for the rest of your life?

(This is based upon the Law Of Structure.)
